Case studies

Proof from systems we operate—not logos we rented.

Saabsa does not yet lead with unnamed enterprise client logos. These four studies are Saabsa products we designed, shipped, and run. We label them that way on purpose. The transferable part is the implementation pattern we reuse on client programs.

Cutting no-shows without adding front-desk headcount

Not a client engagement. Patientree AI is a Saabsa-owned healthcare automation platform. Use it as evidence we can ship HIPAA-aware clinic software, not as a disguised customer story.

Problem

Clinics lose revenue when patients forget visits and staff drown in phone tag. Legacy scheduling tools do not score risk or orchestrate reminders across SMS, email, and voice.

What we shipped

Patientree AI: intelligent scheduling, calendar sync, EHR integration, and automated multi-channel reminders designed for outpatient operations.

Outcome pattern

Programs using this playbook target a large reduction in missed visits—our public healthcare writing cites reminder automation on the order of 40% fewer no-shows—plus recovered staff hours.

Replacing tribal-knowledge pipelines with a catalog

Not a client engagement. DataXPipe is a Saabsa-owned catalog, lineage, and quality product. The client pattern is “make every pipeline inspectable before the dashboard ships.”

Problem

Data teams inherit scripts no one owns. Lineage lives in someone’s head. Quality is a weekend fire drill.

What we shipped

DataXPipe: spec validation, Airflow/SQL generation, live catalog API, lineage edges, run history, and checks stored with every execution.

Outcome pattern

Faster onboarding of new pipelines, blast-radius analysis before a change, and a single place for executives to ask “is this number trustworthy?”

Saabsa product · Internal build · Engineering

Making AI coding spend defensible

Not a client engagement. ForgeMeter is a Saabsa-owned spend dashboard. The client pattern is “prove AI-tool ROI to finance without intercepting developer traffic.”

Problem

Engineering buys Cursor, Copilot, and Claude. Finance sees three invoices. Nobody can say which models waste money or which developers need enablement.

What we shipped

ForgeMeter connects official APIs in minutes, rolls up cost per person and repo, and alerts on budget spikes and runaway agent loops—without intercepting traffic.

Outcome pattern

A shared language for CTOs and CFOs: spend, adoption, and savings from model routing, with governance controls for enterprise teams.

From opaque contracts to a 60-second ranked plan

Not a client engagement. Lease Exit is a Saabsa-owned consumer product. The client pattern is extraction + ranking + generated documents for legal, HR, claims, or property ops.

Problem

Renters (and analogously, any customer staring at a PDF) cannot compare buyout, sublet, and negotiation paths. Law-firm hours are too expensive for the decision.

What we shipped

Lease Exit: quiz advisor, PDF clause extraction, city calculators, and generated letters plus checklists a person can send the same day.

Outcome pattern

Time-to-decision collapses from weeks to minutes. We reuse extraction + ranking + document generation for legal, HR, claims, and property ops.

Apply this document-AI pattern

Your industry is probably a remix of these four.

Tell us which workflow looks like scheduling, pipelines, spend, or documents. Start with a two-week sprint if the problem is still a prototype.
